DESCRIPTION

Safiya Royan is one of the trio who decided to form a school idol club called Suns Shine.

HISTORY

In the late of 2016, Safiya (more commonly known as Shiny-chi), started watching an anime called Love Live! Sunshine! and stated that she has never felt the same way about another show. She has never liked a show just by watching the first episode. Plus, she has been infected by Mari Ohara's habbit of saying shiny. Because of this habbit, her friends and family calls her Shiny-chi. The next year in 2017, she has made it clear that she is going to form a school idol club for her school. Many agreed but only 2 wanted to join. The others wanted to see the quality of this newly introduced "school idol" club. Despite this, the trio did not take it as a teasment and started practicing their voices and dance moves for a whole month. The next month, the trio realized that they don't have have a name and tried to make one up. Shiny-chi came up with names such as, "Shiny Girls Squad" and "Shinerias" but wasn't accepted by the others because it was too "shiny". Later that day they practice by the beach because Shiny-chi said that Aqours found the name for their group by the beach and thought that they might get lucky as well. They practiced until the sun sets. Shiny-chi watched closely and thought of the name, Suns Shine. To her surprise, the other two accepted the name happily.
